Cartwheel

Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of Cartwheel (usecartwheel.com), operated by Jerrod Jeffries, doing business as Cartwheel, in Nashville, Tennessee ("Cartwheel", "we", "us"). By using Cartwheel you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What Cartwheel does

Cartwheel builds a ready made grocery cart for your group trip from a few quick choices. You can add or remove items, then request delivery. Cartwheel places the order through the operator's Kroger account, and Kroger and its delivery partners fulfill it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use Cartwheel, and at least 21 to order alcohol. You agree that the information you give us, including your delivery address, is accurate.

Pricing and fees

Planning a cart with Cartwheel is free. You pay for the groceries in your order at the prices shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Prices and availability come from Kroger and may change before your order is placed. Orders that include alcohol carry a flat $9 Cartwheel service fee, shown before you confirm. Cartwheel may earn a commission or referral fee on orders at no extra cost to you.

Alcohol

Alcohol is available only where legal and only to adults 21 and older. A valid government issued photo ID is required at delivery, and the person receiving the order must be 21 or older and must match the ID. The driver may refuse delivery to anyone who is underage, cannot show ID or appears intoxicated, and alcohol from a refused delivery is returned and not refunded except as required by law. Product limits depend on state and local law; for example, in Tennessee grocery delivery may include beer and wine but not spirits. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

Fulfillment by Kroger

Kroger and its delivery partners pick, pack and deliver your order. Items may be substituted or unavailable, and delivery windows are estimates. Cartwheel is not a retailer and does not hold inventory. If something goes wrong with your order, email hello@usecartwheel.com and we will work with Kroger to make it right.

Allergies and dietary needs

Allergy and dietary choices help us suggest items, but Cartwheel cannot guarantee that any product is free of an allergen. Ingredients, recipes and labels can change, products may be made in facilities that handle allergens, and substitutions can happen. Always read the product label before eating, and if anyone in your group has a serious allergy, check every item yourself.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at no cost before your order is placed with Kroger. After that, cancellations, refunds and credits for missing or damaged items follow Kroger's policies, and we will help you request them. The $9 alcohol service fee is refunded if your order is cancelled before it is placed.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cartwheel to break the law, to buy alcohol for anyone under 21, to interfere with the service, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel any order and suspend access for misuse.

Disclaimers

Cartwheel is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Cartwheel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kroger or Airbnb.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cartwheel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Cartwheel for the order involved, or $50, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
